Σε διαβεβαιώ πάντως ότι η χρήση του όρου «στένωμα» δεν είναι καθόλου ασυνήθιστη σε ιατρικούς κύκλους. Εγώ πάντα το «στένωση» χρησιμοποιούσα. Το «στένωμα», από έλληνες γιατρούς το έμαθα.:)

Πάντως, έτσι θα είχε περισσότερο νόημα.

Πάνω στη βιασύνη μου ούτε καν πρόσεξα το siege μπροστά από το tower. Μάλλον πρόκειται για κάποιο λάθος ή μπέρδεμα διότι έτσι ως έχει δεν βγάζει νόημα. (Εκτός βέβαια αν ο Neoptolemus ήταν με τους Τύριους) Πιάσε κόκκινο, ντοκ.:)

I agree. Το πιο πιθανό σενάριο στην προκειμένη περίπτωση είναι ότι το took χρησιμοποιείται με την έννοια του captured, δλδ. κατέλαβε.

Πάντως όχι όπως έχει μεταφραστεί στο παρακάτω απόσπασμα σε άρθρο του Έθνους: Παράλληλα έδινε και μονολεκτικές απαντήσεις του τύπου «Θα ήθελα να σας περιγράψω το ιδανικό πάρτι αλλά 'I don't kiss and tell' δηλαδή δεν φιλάω ούτε μιλάω» παίζοντας ίσως με τον τίτλο του τραγουδιού του γνωστού Αγγλου...
