OK, thank you, nickel! You're right, I thought it was referring to amounts owed to (to be received by = τα εισπρακτέα ποσά που πρόκειται να εισπραχθούν) a business, etc; whereas, as you've correctly pointed out, it refers to actual monies received/collected (=εισπραττόμενα).
