Πράγματι, σε αυτό το "κάτι αντί του κανονικού μισθού" αναφέρεται. Πάντως, νομίζω πως θα βάλω την "αναπλήρωση" στην ελληνική απόδοση. Σε άλλο κείμενο για τις συντάξεις βρίσκω τον όρο "replacement ratio" που, απ' ό,τι βλέπω, μεταφράζεται "ποσοστό/ δείκτης αναπλήρωσης" (των μισθών από τις συντάξεις).
