A sentence in spoken Greek which I can’t decipher

Here is the material. It is only the first or second sentence that to me is unintelligible. It occurs in the mp4 entitled Προβλήματα στην πολυκατοικια.mp4:-

After about 10 seconds there appears ΛΕΧΙΛΟΓΙΟ and ΦΡΑΣΕΙΣ. At the bottom of the ΛΕΧΙΛΟΓΙΟ list is η συντήρηση > κρατάω κάτι σε καλή κατάστση. Αt 1.55 she explains what συντήρηση means and I can’t understand the second sentence at all after she says μετέχω συντήρηση up to ασανσέρ. Could a colleague transcribe it for me?
