Hierarchy of physicians in a hospital

The hierarchy of physicians in an American hospital in rising order would be Primary Care Doctor, Resident Physician and finally Attending Physician. What would the counterpart be in a Greek hospital, especially in the Emergency Room (Επείγοντα)?

I'm not sure that the Greek system of doctor hierarchy is equivalent to that of the USA or that the terms below are precise equivalents but as a rough equivalent I'd say that:

Primary care doctor = γενικός γιατρός
Intern = ειδικευόμενος (γιατρός)
Resident physician = Επιμελητής Β'
Senior resident physician = Επιμελητής Α'
Attending physician = Διευθυντής
