A Greek word for Subtle

What is a good Greek word for “Subtle” as in “can you try to be more subtle when you talk about this?” When you’re talking about a sensitive subject any other person is coming on too strong.

I’m having trouble coming up with one.

The closest equivalent I can think of in Greek, in the sense of being more careful, tactful and not too overt, is "διακριτικός". Its direct translation is "discreet" but given the context, I think that in this case it suffices as a translation for "subtle".

Another term to consider would be "προσεκτικός".

I just found this as well.

Lemma: διακριτικός

Translation: discreet; tactful; diplomatic; subtle; prudent

...Cultural Context

Highly valued in Greek social interactions, especially in professional and family contexts. Being διακριτικός is considered a mark of good upbringing and social intelligence. Often used when discussing sensitive family matters or workplace dynamics.
