When the power goes out and comes back on

Good morning friends, "When power goes out" is "Όταν πέφτει το ρεύμα" but what expression is used when the power comes back on? «Όταν ανεβαίνει το ρεύμα»; «Όταν ξανά ανάβει το ρεύμα» somehow doesn’t sound right. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
