How best would this go into idiomatic spoken Greek? The best I can do, using different dictionaries, including lexilogia, and bearing in mind the linguistic register of this type of phrase (I don’t know the best colloquial expression for ‘to chat up’).
Τους έχει όλους στην τσίτα/Τους έχει όλους σούζα - καθόλου αλκοόλ, καθόλου ναρκωτικά, καθόλου το φλερτ με κορίτσια κατά την διάρκεια των γυρισμάτων. This sentence was an attempt to use the phrase ‘run.a tight ship’ in such a context as this sentence.

A couple more options:
δεν την πέφτει στις κοπέλες πάνω στο σετ
δεν φλερτάρει με τα κορίτσια...

Οι φράσεις του τύπου «no parking», «no entry» κ.λπ. δείχνουν ξεκάθαρα απαγόρευση, οπότε θα κοιτούσα να μιμηθώ αυτό το στιλ:

«Τους έχει όλους σούζα — απαγορεύονται το ποτό, τα ναρκωτικά και τα πεσίματα σε κορίτσια στο πλατό».

Για το πρώτο μέρος, ίσως ταιριάζει εξίσου καλά το «κρατάει σφιχτά τα λουριά» (μιας και αναφέρθηκε το γνωστό φόρουμ).
