Γεια σας, έχω μια σύμβαση πώλησης από αγγλικά στα ελληνικά και θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας ως προς τη μετάφραση της παρακάτω φράσης
"The Assets shall include the Fixed Assets to be attributed to the Business as of the Effective Date"
ιδίως στο σημείο "to be attributed to the Business". Το έχω ως "που αποδίδονται στην Επιχείρηση", αλλά δεν είμαι σίγουρη.

I see no problems there, gilia. It's fine as it is.

Personally, I see it as a one-time deal that will not be repeated. So I'd say...
...τα οποία από την ημερομηνία έναρξης ισχύος καταλογίζονται/μεταφέρονται/περιέρχονται στην Επιχείρηση.
