Let’s get the literal one first. I think we’ve got to try the Greek equivalent of the ‘lightly wounded’:
οι ελαφρά τραυματισμένοι
or perhaps this little grammatical monstrosity:
οι ελαφρά τραυματίες

I’m trying to inject some irony into the second meaning, but with limited success. All I could come up with was a bit of katharevousa:
τα ήσσονος σημασίας περιστατικά (injured persons of low priority, literally ‘incidents of lesser importance, minor incidents’)

For the third use, we may have to forget the sarcasm altogether and go for the jugular:
τα ζόμπι
οι νεκροζώντανοι
:)
