Bail: To ditch or release your bike whilst in the midst of jumping, hucking or crashing.

Πώς να αποδώσω αυτές τις δύο πτώσεις; Slam και bail;

(Features four minutes of mountain bike and bmx bails, crashes, slams, and bone crushing pain)

You know so like a slam and a bail is very different you know?
Bails when you are jumping in the air and you are going this is not going to happen and you jump off the bike. You bail off the bike. And a slam is when you think you are landing something and you are scraping yourself off the ground and you don’t know how you ended up there. It seems like some of the biggest falls you see people do, they kind of just walk away from it like nothing has happened, and then it like some dumb thing that takes you out.

Bail can mean a few different things. First, it can refer to a skater landing safely on his or her feet after failing at a trick. It can also mean something along the lines of "chickening out", where a skater gives up on a trick halfway through and lands on his or her feet. Third, it is often used for a crash or failed trick where the skater does not catch his or her feet, and gets hurt - often painfully and / or humorously.

Many popular skateboarding videos will have a "bails" section where you get to watch your favorite pros beat the crud out of themselves while falling off their skateboards. In fact, the earlier Tony Hawk Pro Skater video games had "Bails" videos that you could unlock where you could see pros racking themselves on poles, smashing their faces into sidewalks, and tumbling down concrete stairs. Good clean family fun.

Εγώ ξέρω και τη "σούπα", όμως. Δεν ισχύει;
Slang.gr: Σούπα

First she flew like superwoman. Then she ran like one. And, on the streets of London, a new star was born as the 23-year-old athlete Yalemzerf Yehualaw became the youngest woman to win the London Marathon.
What made Yehualaw’s victory more stunning was that she endured a spectacular faceplant on a
sleeping policeman speed bump with six miles to go. It sent the Ethiopian sprawling, caused considerable soreness to her hip, hand and knee, and left her at least 25 metres behind the leading pack.
Yehualaw, however, picked herself up, rushed back into contention, and then destroyed her rivals with a devastating burst to win in 2hr 17min 26sec.
It was the third fastest time in the history of the women’s race, behind only Paula Radcliffe and Mary Keitany.
