Hello friends,

What is the closest phrase in Greek to "Disturbing the Peace" which in English is used both as a legal phrase for when recurring noise disturbs a neighbor like a barking dog and colloquially? I am wondering if there is one phrase used in both a legal and colloquial context or if there are two?
