digital file = ψηφιακό αρχείο, ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο

Hello friends,

I wonder if someone could tell me what the proper phrase in Greek is for a "Digital File" as in the file that was used to create a pdf. If it was a Microsoft Word file, for example, it would be the actual Word file that was used to generate a pdf?

You can say ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο. The collocation ψηφιακό αρχείο is more accurate, and correct, but not quite so widespread in terms of use.
