Under one condition

Good morning friends,

Wondering what the right phrasing would be to say "I am going to give you a gift but under one condition..."? I've got the first part: «Θα σου δώσω ένα δώρο υπό …» but I’ve lost the rest.

"υπό μία προϋπόθεση" or "υπό ένα(ν) όρο". I think that both of them are OK. ;)
