Can I ask you something personal?

What would the Greek phrasing be when you want to "ask somebody something personal" like whether they own the apartment they live in, or whether they are married or what school they went to, etc?

What about if you want to say "Can we talk personally between us" meaning that you don't want anyone else around would you say "Μπορούμε να μιλήσουμε αποκλειστικά;"
 
Also, θα μπορούσαμε να μιλήσουμε / να τα πούμε κατ' ιδίαν; – though that phrase might strike me as somewhat pretentious, depending on who's speaking, of course…

Επειδή το 'ψαχνα καιρό και μπορεί να ενδιαφέρει κι άλλους:
Έβαλα πρόσφατα ανεμοθραύστες αυτοκινήτου και πραγματικά άξιζαν.
Δεν κάνουν θόρυβο, εφαρμόζουν τέλεια χωρίς να χαλάνε τα παράθυρα, και επιτέλους μπορώ να ανοίγω
λίγο το παράθυρο χωρίς να μπαίνει νερό ή αέρας σαν τουρμπίνα.
Τους έβαλα μόνος μου και μπήκαν πανεύκολα.
Αν κάποιος ψάχνει κάτι τέτοιο, τους προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια.
